On Saturday night Zerafa (20-2) will be looking to successfully defend his IBF Pan Pacific Middleweight Title. A strap won in April against durable Japanese combatant Yosuke Kirima, since then Zerafa has had one stoppage win against Istvan Zeller. Speaking on his upcoming opponent, and what he believes Oliveira will offer on fight night Zerafa had the following to say-
"I haven't seen too much on my opponent- but from what I have seen he's tough and durable. My team and I have our game plan in structure, and believe we have the tools to win. That being said we take nothing away from Renato and believe it will be an awesome fight."
Speaking on the opportunity to move to the highly reputable boxing gym, Zerafa is looking forward to the prospect of training at Wild Card. Zerafa had the following to say-
"Next year will be a huge and solid year for the team. I can't wait to get over there and learn the American style and train with the worlds best. I believe that I can go to another level training at Wildcard and will leave no stone unturned."
